Returns & Refunds

1. General Policy

Casa Maria is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.   

2. Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of the order date.
  • Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization number (RA).
    2. Return the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the RA number, to the address provided.
    3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.   

 

3. Refunds

  • Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Amount: Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s).

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the order.   
  • Replacement or Refund: We will provide a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items. Shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective items will be covered by Casa Maria.

 

5. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service team.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item(s) upon receipt for a refund, subject to our return policy.
