You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Applicable Countries

This policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within South Africa.

3. Eligible Item Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective (damaged/incorrect) and non-defective (change-of-mind) products.

• Eligible Conditions: Products returned in New or Slightly Used condition are accepted within the 30-day window.

4. Return Methods

You can return your item(s) using either of the following methods:

• By Mail: Pack the item securely and ship it back using the pre-paid return label.

• In-Store: You can return or exchange your item in person at our physical address:

5. Return Shipping Labels & Fees

• Return Shipping Label: A return label is included inside your package for your convenience.

• Return Shipping Cost: FREE. There is no fee for returning an item by mail or in person.

• Restocking Fees: R0.00. We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, return your original item following the instructions below and specify the replacement item you would like.

7. How to Return an Item

1. Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is packed securely (including any original packaging, if available).

2. Attach the Label: If returning by mail, attach the return label included in your package.

3. Send or Drop Off: Drop off the package with the designated courier service, or bring it directly to our physical store.

4. Notify Us (Optional): You can also contact us at info@casamaria.co.za or 087 721 5957 to notify us of your return.

8. Refund Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the return.
