Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping within South Africa.
  • Shipping Rates: We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders across South Africa. No additional shipping costs will be applied, regardless of order size or destination.
  • Delivery Time: At Kwik Supplies, we aim to deliver your orders within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa, product availability, and order volume.
  • Delivery Schedule: We deliver on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive the delivery confirmation via email. You can use this information to track the delivery progress of your order. 
     

 

DELIVERY:

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including your full name, street address, city, province, postal code, and contact number.
  • Delivery Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes during checkout.
  • Signature on Delivery: For security purposes, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, we will leave instructions for rescheduling or collecting your package from a nearby location.
  • DeliveryAttempts: We will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If we are unable to deliver your order after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will be notified and will need to contact us to arrange for a redelivery or refund.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

  • We currently do not ship to PO box addresses.
  • We do not ship to international destinations.
